Haven’t seen all bitcoin shows perhaps you have brought up this issue?
“Also under the Final Rule, sellers of prepaid access must collect personal information from customers, maintain transaction records, file suspicious activity reports and comply with other requirements of money service businesses (MSB)”
Would be very interesting to hear you discussing this on the show. Like you showed in this episode any person could become a “provider” of bitcoin using mtgox voucher.
